Weekly Backups

If you run a frequently visited site or a data–loaded web application, it is mandatory to have a full backup of everything. Yet, setting up an auto backup system can be challenging. This is why we offer you our Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to maintain a complete backup of your VPS server, not only of your sites and data, but also all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, saving all the changes that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually endless number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services package, which permits you to demand any of our trained system administrators to install any kind of software application and to take care of any issue that you are having with your server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
